How we work together

We work as part of an integrated care system, which is a partnership of organisations that come together to plan and deliver joined-up health and care services to improve the lives of people across Kent and Medway.

We will work together to make health and wellbeing better than any partner can do alone. We aim to make a significant difference, improving local services and supporting healthier living.
